Strategies:
Community-Led Needs Assessment: Conduct participatory assessments to identify specific MHH needs and challenges within target communities.
Sustainable Menstrual Product Production and Distribution: Establish a local production unit for reusable sanitary pads, promote the use of sustainable materials, and develop a distribution network.
Comprehensive MHH Education: Develop and disseminate age-appropriate educational materials, conduct community sensitization workshops, and train health workers and teachers.
Male Engagement: Actively involve men and boys in MHH promotion through awareness campaigns, father-daughter dialogues, and male-only sessions.
